Plumbing Prices
General Plumbing – £50 per hour
I like to keep my pricing simple and straightforward. My standard rate for general plumbing work is £50 per hour, plus any parts or materials required.
For many smaller jobs, I can give you an idea of the likely cost before I visit. Just send me a few photos or a short video along with a description of what needs doing and I'll take a look.
Small jobs are always welcome. If you've got several little plumbing jobs that need sorting, let me know – it can often make sense to get them done during the same visit.

Yes. I specialise in smaller domestic plumbing jobs that can sometimes be difficult to find a plumber for, including leaking taps, faulty toilets, isolation valves, pipework repairs and other general plumbing maintenance.

The cost depends on the type of work required and how long the job is likely to take. I aim to keep my pricing clear and straightforward and, where possible, can provide an estimated cost before arranging a visit.
-
Yes, and I actually recommend it. Sending a few clear photos or a short video by WhatsApp can help me understand the problem, identify any parts that may be required and give you a more accurate idea of the likely cost before I visit.
-
Both options are possible. I can normally supply the parts required for a repair or installation, or I'm happy to fit suitable parts and products that you've purchased yourself.
-
Yes. Water filter installation is one of my specialist services. I install under-sink water filters, filter taps and reverse osmosis systems from a wide range of manufacturers throughout Leicester and Leicestershire.

No. I specialise in water plumbing rather than gas work. Any work involving gas appliances should be carried out by an appropriately registered Gas Safe engineer.
